The garden is growing fast  with all this rain we are having.

The first sign of my new cauliflower is growing very fast – ahead of all the other vegetables. After 75 days  I have three beautiful cauliflowers. They must be soaked in salt water to rid the pest cabbage worm .   Soak for about 4 to 6 hours, rinse very thorough and cut up and place in freeze bags.
